This policy explains what personal data Graded English Daily (“we”, “us”) collects on learn.klemhq.com, why, and what you can do about it. Graded English Daily is a channel of Klem HQ (klemhq.com). For any privacy question or request, email [email protected].

What we collect

Lesson videos are YouTube videos in privacy-enhanced mode. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play; after that, Google's privacy policy applies to the video.

To count visits, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies, does not store your IP address, and does not follow you across other websites; we only see totals such as page views and countries. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell or rent your data.

Legal basis

We send you emails because you gave consent by ticking the box on the form (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Spam protection is based on our legitimate interest in keeping the form working (Art. 6(1)(f)). You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect anything we did before.

How to unsubscribe

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click is enough.
Or email [email protected] with the subject “Unsubscribe”. We will remove you within 10 business days, and usually much sooner.

Who processes your data

The site and the subscriber list are hosted on Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages and Cloudflare D1). Cloudflare acts as our processor. If we start using an email delivery service, we will name it here before we use it. Your data may be stored or processed outside your country; where this happens we rely on the provider's standard contractual safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address while you are subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we keep only your email address and the date you unsubscribed, so that we never email you again by mistake. Ask us to erase it completely and we will.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Email [email protected]. If you are in the EU, the UK or another region with a data protection authority, you also have the right to complain to that authority.

Children

This site is meant for adult learners. Please do not sign up if you are under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If a change is important, we will tell subscribers by email.
